Delete Your Account
This permanently deletes your Officcino account and everything associated with it. To confirm you own the account, we'll send a verification code to your phone number.
This cannot be undone
- Your account is deleted on both WhatsApp and the mobile app, if you use both.
- Your remaining wallet balance is forfeited — it is not refunded. Spend it first if you want to use it.
- Your order history, wallet transactions, top-up requests and notifications are removed.
- You can sign up again with the same number later, but you'll start from scratch with an empty wallet.
